March 2025

This Sunday (3/30) @2:30 pm:

NHCCC is bringing its “Spring Flowers“ program to Russell Memorial Library. We are adding a few more flowers to our program this year. Come hear songs about peonies, lilies, lotus, roses, jasmine, peach blossoms … played on traditional instruments, and why they are so important in our culture. This performance includes a Tang Dynasty poem about spring rain presented in English and Chinese, accompanied by the improvisational music. There are still a few seats left, so register for your free tickets here.

Next Tuesday (4/1) @4 pm:

NHCCC, with Yale's Asian American Cultural Center (AACC), is co-sponsoring a Berkeley College Tea, featuring virtuoso dizi (Chinese bamboo flute) artist, Xiaoran (Eric) Liu at the Yale's Berkeley Head of College House. Through conversations, Q&A's, and demo, you will learn all about this delightful instrument. This event is open and free to the public, for more information and registration, click here.

Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for photos and videos, and check out our website events page for all our upcoming performances.

See you soon!
